For families that will be working throughout the season -

We'd like to thank you for willingness to work the 18-20 hours for the family work commitment.  Last year we needed nearly 1,400 hours of support to keep the gyms running throughout our season, and that was just for games that we hosted!

For those of you new to the Beavercreek Stars program, we use a program called "Dibs," accessible from the Beavercreek Stars website, to sign up for work shifts throughout the season.

This year, we've set up a practice session of Dibs so that you can make sure that you are able to sign up for hours.  We are asking a few things:

  1. Please check the instructions below, and try to log on to Dibs from your device of choice (laptop/phone/etc)
  2. Try to sign up for a work shift.  It doesn't matter which one as long as it is open.
  3. If you are successful in signing up, please cancel the work shift, as well.  That way others can try to sign up, too.
  4. If you are using multiple accounts for your family, please let us know.  That lets us add them in to the group and ensures that your family gets credit for their hours.  Just send us the user name or e-mail address for the other account and we'll do the rest.
  5. Let us know if you have any questions or problems accessing the site.

Remember, the family commitment is a total of 18-20 hours, no matter how many players you have in the program.
